Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr freundlich. Lage in direkter Standnähe. Aufzug vorhanden.
Keine Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Der Weg zum Parkhaus ca. 500m bei hohen Parkgebühren. Für Personen mit Gehbeeinträchtigungen daher eher nicht geeignet. Kosten für den Hund in Höhe von 35 € je Tag Zimmerreinigung erfolgte erst am Abreisetag. Hantuchwechsel erst am 3. Tag.

Bedden en locatie.
Parkeren was een ramp, ons was een parkeerplaats toegewezen in een gedeelte van een openbare parkeerplaats onder een winkelcentrum op een 10 minuten lopen van het hotel. De pasjes werkten niet en we moesten de parkeerkosten zelf betalen. De parkeerplaats van het hotel hebben we niet hoeven te betalen.
