    Disappointed

    Person behind the desk

    I was very disappointed with my experience. Strong fumes in the room made it impossible for me to stay, and I left after approximately an hour and a half. My request for a refund has not been resolved. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly on the ownership and customer care. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional, and I want to acknowledge that he did his job well. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

    This is not the hotel it used to be so we will not stay there again on our next trip.

    We have stayed here before and it was great. Not this time. The hotel was dirty, the room was not clean and housekeeping never came. Curtains were torn and the sheets were awful and the whole room was dirty.

    The whole hotel was dirty. They have changed to cheap sheets that did not stay on the bed, the curtains were torn. The experience was not like our stays there in the past.
