    The house is nice and new, too many stairs if one has a hard time. The location is okay, only a couple blocks to downtow

    The newer kitchen was well appointed and stocked. Dog friendly and sheets were provided to cover the furniture.

    The extreme road noise on the major road is directly in front of the house. We heard it well into the night and it woke us up on several occasions. Ocean overlook is a slight view over rooftops.
