Charged extra cleaning fee - beware

Charged extra cleaning fee for leaving "sticky floor and furniture surface". Never encountered this in the hundreds of holidays that our family have taken. What we left was just normal amount of cleaning after two weeks of stay, nothing unusually dirty or difficult to remove. Beware.

We had our stained duvet and broken hairdryer replaced the first day. However the room was not clean. The views are lovely
