Front Desk staff friendly if not misguided.
Could not enjoy sitting outside as the pool was being repaired up to 10pm every night. With the six or more Haitian workers being very loud and drinking while working. Trying to relax mid-days on the patio, workers cutting the grass and asking the guests if we could move in order for them to continue cutting the grass. Unbelievable. I have stayed at the resort on two different occasions and this third time was by far the worst. I will look into other accommodations for my next upcoming trip to Freeport. And I will also be documenting my stay on my Tic Tok and Facebook pages as I recorded these incidents.

The essential amenities like shared washer and dryer, pool access, comfortable bedding, pull out couch and views overloo
Clean, convenient location
The pool nearest our room was closed off and there wasn’t any clear signage with directions to the other pool. Tv was outdated with only cable tv
