  Overall our stay at Ocean Suites was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

  Everything was easy and seamless and apart from the batteries for the keypad needing to be changed, and the unconsciously noisy Asian men who stayed in Suite one on the second night of our stay, everything was great.

  The unconsciously noisy Asian men who stayed in Suite one on the second night of our stay were unnecessarily loud for such a peaceful and serene environment. They stomped up and down stairs, banging about, including banging doors and waking us at 4:00 am in the morning.

  I stayed at Ocean Suites in Byron Bay for one night, but unfortunately, I felt it was overpriced for the experience. I

  location is good and very close to the beach

  the sea view was mostly blocked by trees despite paying extra for it, the windows were not clean, and the Wi-Fi was too slow for browsing and YouTube streaming.

  Unbelievable irresponsible behaviour of owner

  Location was sublime Fit out was minimal

  I have stayed at ocean suites last night and was most dissatisfied I have talked to customer service and noted my concerns requesting a refund 1.i received NO instructions at all in regards to directions to accommodation 2.through local investigation and walking around I eventually found the property with the help of neighbours and ingenuity 3.on finding ocean suites I discovered that one suite was open and looked as if lock had been forced open! I was nervous of course I called the first agent number I found and only got recordings. I called second number I found Ivan and requested help. All this took me from 4pm-5pm 4.i waited half hour for Ivan. He arrived and it took him a good 30 mins to work out how to make door lock safe for me. 5. I’m at 6 pm and I have finally the suite to myself Then the stove won’t work-Ivan tries to assist via mobile phone. I give up on that process 6. Around 7.30 I’m trying to relax and I hear the lock being trued from outside and two people open the door with luggage and everything They say they have a booking for suits 1- where I am . This is very distressing 7. We ring Ivan again!! Confusion. It’s clear I have confirmation from owners on my booking. Iva. Had said originally I was booked into suite 1. Once we called he realised I was booked into suite 2 The whole process was ridiculous stressful and alarming It took another half hour to work out who was going to go where I must demand a return of moneys for all this time stress and inconvenience I am a long time user of booking.com snd have never had such a distressing situation Please e mused this is followed up properly with the owner This is irresponsible behaviour
