    Disappointed:)

    1. Staff were helpful but they spoke very little English. 2. The size of room was spacious with ocean view

    1. A/C was not working on the first nite. The room was so warm. I had to called the housekeeper 3 times to check as they kept telling me that it was working. I then asked to change the room. They finally fixed the A/C on the second day so I did not change the room. 2. Every day I had to request to have a bathroom mat, which was very frustrating. 3. I did not get the proper shower towels till second day. 4. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. I had to put pillows and extra doona on top so I could sleep.

    Hôtel très agréable, bien placé.

Je déconseille d’aller dans l’espace massage. Expérience très désagréable, la masseuse était vraiment pas sympa, durant mon massage elle était au téléphone.
