The location is nice and it’s nicely equipped to cook.

The cleanliness needs to be improved. There was some sand on the floor and some hair in both bathroom walls/floor. The apartment smelt like mould and we saw lots of cockroaches, especially in the kitchen, which is quite disgusting.
