    Location and view was excellent!

    A/C could have performed a little better, but there was a fan that made it more comfortable.

    No Morals, No integrity, and poor hospitality! Neglects customers and does not care about your experience!

    Location

    The owner was terrible to deal with. The whole hotel did not have AC and it had been out for 2 weeks prior to me showing up. Site management told the owners to let renters know prior to showing up. The owner of 418 & 421 refused to do so. I contacted the owner and he lied about it getting fixed and refused to refund me due to the AC being out. It was 80 + degrees in the room at night. The owner told me to go buy a fan and he would refund me. ( like that was going to fix the AC ) he also told me that he was told the AC was working 50% and it was 70 degrees in the room. He lied, no one told him that ) We left after the first night and found somewhere else to stay. Also, booking.com was no help. I will not use them again either. They would not help me relocate or get my money back. I wasted my money at this hotel! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

    Short lived experience to learn from

    It was a beachfront property and close to boardwalk and the pier

    My unit wasn’t fully clean, things were broken and air conditioning wasn’t fully operational.. and found cockroaches in my unit
