    "Very Disappointing"

    The room had a great view but otherwise, it was a complete "Dump"!!! Would definitely recommend spending your hard earned dollars elsewhere!!!

    It was a complete "DUMP"!!! Not to mention the water was turned off unannounced for hours on my daughter's 21st Bday, forcing us to change our plans bc we couldn't shower after spending time @ the beach. Later that evening, we saw a posting in elevator about the scheduled water shut off but we were never informed of this action by Owner or management. It was very dirty & furnishings were in disrepair. If it weren't for the view of ocean, I would have given this property a "-1"

    The property was beautiful, going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. Stocked well, very clean and comfortable.

    Nothing you could have done. But just fyi the trash cans on the beach get emptied at 4:30am Sunday morning and a beach tractor went by at 4:30am Saturday city really needs to change that.
