It was ok. We were only there at night really.
Close to sports field
Carpet which me kitchenette was torn and was a trip hazard. No facewasher, the washing up sponge was filthy. Looked like it had been used repeatedly.

As expected.
Generally clean room but a bit dated. Easy parking and walking distance to town shops. Staff friendly. Bed clean and comfortable.
Toilet was smelly on entry. Flushing pipes could be heard throughout night.
