dit voldeed helemaal niet aan de verwachtingen.

Bij aankomst liepen er kakkerlakken over de vloer en het plafond. We hebben de host hierover direct gecontacteerd. Haar advies was om een kakkerlakkenval in de douche te plaatsen. Dit heeft geen verschil gemaakt. Daarnaast had het huisje een sterke, muffe geur. Na thuiskomst moesten we onze bagage wassen om de geur er grotendeels uit te krijgen. Tijdens ons verblijf konden we het huis bovendien nauwelijks verluchten, omdat we geen extra kakkerlakken naar binnen wilden laten komen. Voor onze kinderen was de aanwezigheid van de kakkerlakken beangstigend. Wat ons ook opviel, waren de kakkerlakkenvallen die al binnen aanwezig waren. Dat doet vermoeden dat dit geen volledig onverwacht of eenmalig probleem was. Naar onze mening hoort een dergelijk probleem eerst opgelost te worden voordat de accommodatie opnieuw wordt verhuurd. Ook op het vlak van onderhoud waren er duidelijke tekortkomingen: de bakpan was volledig verbrand en de terrasvloeren waren zichtbaar zwart van het vuil. Een grondige reiniging van de terrassen leek ons nochtans geen grote moeite. Alle wasspelden in het mandje waren kapot... Wij begrijpen daarom niet goed hoe deze accommodatie de huidige hoge beoordeling op Booking.com krijgt. Op basis van onze eigen ervaring kunnen wij deze accommodatie helaas niet aanraden.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet maison très bien équipée et bien placé pour partir à la découverte de l’île
Les deux terrasses avec la vue sur l’océan et la piscine. Son emplacement pour visiter l’île. Les deux chambres spacieuses et climatisées. La cuisine bien équipée.
