    Great place for people who came to Gran Canaria with diverse intentions. The car is a “must have”. In 10-15 minutes you will get to the various beaches or shopping centres that are so necessary for someone. Private parking is a very pleasant addition to the wonderful apartments. As everything is great in this house, I will not repeat it, you can see it from other comments. I can only add that the lift in the house at final stage of installation and the problem of carrying suitcases to the 3rd floor will disappear, you will be luckier. Finally, I have to express my gratitude to Raul, wonderful people exist.

    L'emplacement du logement était bien avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Le logement était calme, propre, avec des plaides (Top pour une personnes frileuse comme moi 😂) Le propriétaire (Raùl) était super.

    Le logement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Il est compliqué de monter ou descendre les 3 étages avec des grosses valises (pas impossible cependant avec des pauses pour reprendre son souffle 😂)

    Casa fornita di qualsiasi cosa, molto moderna e spaziosa, un terrazzo che fa invidia a gran parte degli appartamenti che ci sono in zona. In stile moderno, con un parquet stupendo. Camere e doppio bagno impeccabili. Garage leggermente stretto, ma si può chiudere un occhio tranquillamente. Super consigliata se avete un macchina per spostarvi.
