    Located a short drive into town, and it can be walked, but a climb all the way back, yet not too steep if strolled.

    Directions to reception were poor with no dedicated parking spot to check-in, and absolutely no information, let alone literature about Lakes Entrance, which it serves. Very poor finding that out, basically nothing, when you arrive; nothing in the rooms, just the basics; it's better to plug the kettle in next to the microwave rather than at the vanity. Again, minimal hooks, just one on the back of the door and no rails. A bit steep without a handrail to get to and from the cars parked out front. It isn't what it could have been.
