  Everything were okay

  When we arrived we had to wait almost 2 hours because the room was ready and cleaned, the garage is very small, I was struggling to get in and out of my car, it's a real mission to park in the garage.

  The place was pleasant

  Upon arrival walking down the passage towards the apartment on the 5th floor, a strong smell of cigarette smell was hanging in the air. The stove top was dirty. The fridge was dirty in and outside, like someone left there in a hurry. No toilet paper. I did not want to complain about this, but cleaned ourselves. We don't like to come into a place and clean. That is not acceptable. Paying for cleaning that was not done. The pillows are terrible, not even 3 pillows could hold my neck in position. There is also no place to hang a bath towel. You got stuff in the closet, that should not be there. Found 1 roach walking around and a few ants. Your blinds aren't closing properly in the kitchen. You might think to install a smaller shower head, as that 1 is too big. The water comes out of 1 hole like a jet.

  The key code didn't open the key. That was the start and we should have turned around at that point

  The code for the key lock was not the correct code. I like the fact that the host communicate via WhatsApp and when you then inform them about issues, they do not read or respond to the issues.

  Soughted Properties are very bad in assisting with queries. We sent a list of queries/issue to them on WhatsApp, but I needed to phone them to request assistance after they didn't respond back on WhatsApp. Only four days later, they tried to assist but done nothing. Herewith is the WhatsApp information is sent: I would like to formally bring several concerns to your attention regarding the condition of the unit and certain missing or inadequate items that we have encountered during our stay. These matters significantly affect the comfort and expected standard of the accommodation. The following issues were noted: The duvet inner is stained, very old, and appears to have reached the end of its usable life. The pillows are flat and worn out, providing very little support. There are only two wine glasses available, with no standard drinking glasses provided. No bread knife is available in the kitchen. No kitchen scissors are available. The fan provided is very flimsy and cannot stand properly on its own. The reed diffusers are empty, providing no fragrance or purpose. Only one bath towel has been provided for use over a 10-day stay, which is not adequate. The overhang wall is stained and chipped, which detracts from the overall condition of the unit. There is damaged furniture, specifically a table with a dented/broken corner. Given the above, we would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed as soon as possible. Kindly advise what steps will be taken to resolve these matters during the remainder of our stay. We look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards, Fourie

  Cozy and comfortable

  The location was really great . Peaceful staff, no disturbances. Amenities on site were abundant and the lighting in this aartment is really great. Definately staying here again
