    Heaven on Eatth.

    The location was amazing. Excellent for our little family. Was so good we wanted to extend and the whole process was just so easy. Facilities were super clean and close to all the activities we had planned. Just amazing.

    We booked a villa, but in reality we got a tiny studio in a large apartment complex. Check-in was at 4 PM, even though cleaning such a small room takes at most an hour. As a result, we lost the entire day. Inside it was dirty — streaks on all surfaces, the floor and fan covered in dust. And when we were leaving at 10 AM, the cleaning ladies were already knocking and asking when we'd be out, even though checkout is at 11. Overall, calling it a 'villa' is very misleading.
