    Perfect, couldnt ask for better

The location was perfect. The apartment was large and exceptionally well presented. The bedrooms were quirky and spacious. The view was outstanding. The apartment had everything you could possibly need during your stay.

The parking was a bit hit and miss. This is of no fault of the owners. We arrived and the one spot which was could have been available to use for the apartment, wasn’t vacated until 2 hours after we arrived, which meant we had to park in a public paid car park some way away from the property. We did eventually park by the apartment but chose not to use our car until the day we left, just incase we lost the space again. Parking in the centre of town is a bit of a nightmare, which we were aware of, so any space you can find is sheer luck. However, There are long and short stay car parks but the cost could mount up

not good for those with mould sensitivity.

location in a lovely area but house was for sale so had people taking photos of the property and looking in regularly so we felt could not just relax. no locks on windows in this downstairs apartment which meant not leaving windows open during the day when we were out and that made the damp smell hard to deal with.

I got mould reaction and had to leave the property days earlier than booked. all the owner could offer was leaving the windows open, which we did try but as mention without any security locks on this lower ground apartment, I was not impressed. Also this was not a luxury but a standard level with stained furniture and lack of security.

Lovely town, lovely location. Good size accommodation but tired decor in needs of updating and cleaning.

The location and view were fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were clean and well appointed.

The decor was tried. Wallpaper was peeling off the ceilings, the couches and rugs had a lot of stains on them. The patio furniture needs to be replaced.

The position as we could see St Michaels Mount, the sea, just beautiful. Beds where comfy and kitchen well stocked

For such a well equipped place the consumables where really low. One dishwasher tablet, one coffee pod. Thank you for the prosecco and small milk as a welcome basket.
