    Excellent Bed and Breakfast and highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast to all.

    The Host Julia was attentive and couldn't be more accommodating! Couldn't have wished for better and would recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

    Nothing to dislike.

    Super Duper a wee gem of a place

    Lovely accommodation, fridge in room, tea milk and coffee supplied, lovely fresh cotton bedding (my favourite choice), comfy bed, no plugs in Smellies 🙏 quiet & great location - felt really safe being in my own Lovely fresh breakfasts, host was very helpful and friendly.

    Julia is a wonderfully welcoming host who treats her guests like family. The house is in a great spot, offering beautiful sea views just beyond the tennis courts. We stayed in the room with the private balcony and loved taking in the ocean view. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

    Great Location and great host

    Ocean Waves is in a perfect location being right on the front. We sat on the balcony and watched the sea and world go bye with the odd ship entering Gt Yarmouth harbour. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The whole property was spotlessly clean. There was a great selection with the continental breakfast and Julia was a delightful host The parking was no issues with lots of spaces on the road outside.
