    Not the relaxed birthday celebration I had planned.

    The house has a relaxed vibe, clean, plenty of facilities for a family. Close proximity to town and beach.

    The grounds were unkept, there are a lot of palm trees that admittedly are messy but at least should be cleared for your arrival. The issue of pet friendly is greatest disappointment; nowhere does it say when booking that only one pet under 15kgs allowed. We were told of this after the free cancellation period expired. The agent said it was in property info, none of this was on Booking.com site to enable you to make an informed decision regarding whether to book. The agent stated that it's on their site and we should have checked there. Who does that when making a Booking.com booking? This resulted in stress to find a dog sitter and us forfeiting one night's accommodation. The agent also demanded a $1000 bond which they are holding for a week. Not everybody has the ability to support that. There was rubbish around the bins from previous tenant which we had to put in the bin.

    Perfect place to stay for a beach holiday .

    Beautifully set up beach house with delightful decor, well appointed. Perfect location to park up and walk everywhere in and around Kingscliff. Spacious and well presented.

    Bed configuration. It was advertised as having 2x double bed bedrooms, another bedroom with double bed and single bed then another bedroom set up with 2 single beds. We were expecting two single beds in one room but instead there was only one single in that bedroom. With the configuration of our family someone had to sleep on the couch.
