    I did arrive to a unit that didn’t have any electricity in the meter. So it was pitch black and unfortunately, I had to

    Unfortunately, there was a lot of light coming through the bathroom window and the glass bathroom door into the bedroom. I had to try and put towels down on the windowsill and stack them high enough to block out the light.

    We need a refund as the the property rented did not exist. The host gave incorrect details and contact numbers and I had to book elsewhere. I want a full refund and the refund for the difference in cost for the hotel accommodation.
