Location tranquilla di fronte al mare con propria spiaggia privata attrezzata e piccola piscina. Appartamento spazioso con grande salone e 2 camere da letto. Spazio sicuro con portineria h24. Linea bus per il centro a 100 m.

I would not recommend anyone to rent this space.
The location is decent. Close to the city center. Bus stops are nearby. The pool is nice and clean, and the staff regularly maintains it. The complex is very quiet and not overcrowded.
The saddest thing is the sea. It's shallow, there's seaweed, silt on the bottom, and the water is green. It was only clear once, during a dead calm. The apartment is in disrepair. The air conditioner and bathroom fan are very noisy. The tankless water heater doesn't always turn on, so I have to shower with cool water. The kitchen is very small. There are few dishes, and they are all mismatched. The rules don't say anything about not inviting guests. I met a friend and wanted to spend half an hour with him, but security wouldn't let us. I tried to find out the reason from the management, but I couldn't get a clear answer.
