Owner was super quick to answer and provided me with everything I wanted.
Location is on the beach. Once you are out of the Condo you step into the sand. To me location at the beach can’t get any better. Spoke directly with the owner and he provided me with everything that I asked for.
Like most places on the beach, needs some updating with the furniture.

Perfect accommodations for a much needed getaway
It gave a home-type feel. It was very clean - it did not look like the pictures above but we were very pleased.
It smelled like smoke when we first entered and we spent a lot of time spraying to get rid of the smoke smell. Also one of the mattresses in the double bed room was very uncomfortable and felt like it should be replaced. The blinds were broken and should probably be replaced.
