    I stay in the area every week for work. If the staff was morw accommodating. I would keep coming.

    Loved the view, I didn't like the booking games and not having free coffee in the morning. Food was good. At breakfast. Didn't try anything else. Covid is over your cleaning crew could clean the room once in a while at least bring towels. Saved on tips though.

    Some of the staff was rude. Not dropping names but I remember. No free coffee so im staying at the Hampton or the George.

    We ate breakfast W/Th; plentiful servings at a very reasonable price. Had pleasure of same server both times; she was outstanding in our opinion.

    This is a 2 star hotel charging 5 star prices. Either catch up in service, or lower prices.

    The location was what you'd expect, every hotel on that route has the same oceanside stay, so I can't rate it high for that, just normal and good. The front desk was very polite, welcoming and helpful

    Breakfast was not included, though advertised (no breakfast when 3rd party booking). Pricing was no different than if you book directly through the hotel and get the included breakfast. The servers in the restaurant were very under trained and incredibly slow, though polite, just not up for the task of serving more than one table at a time. Waiting 2 hours for food in an empty restaurant is expected there (now I see why it was always empty). Forget about drink refills, you better sip slowly on your water. The prices were ridiculously high for what was served and the experience. The room was always humid and everything was covered with condensation our entire 4 day stay. Sand was everywhere (expected), but no way to sweep or vacuum it up. Room service never came to clean, vacuum, or make the bed, never new sheets. Instead, they came by and just dropped off a load of new towels on top of all the old stuff.
