    Love the location with proximity to beach and the 2 pools on the property. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Bonus was the feeding pond on other side of the parking lot featuring dozen plus turtles and fish that come up to you. Kids loved visiting each day (next to tennis courts). Everyone was friendly and didnt notice until a couple days in of the closet on patio with beach/pool items we did use.

    Location could use some updated paint and some cleaning but we had no issue with it. Location is about 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine which we didnt mind and knew that going in. Beach was busy but not overly crowded like other spots so that was a plus!
