  Dissatisfaction,Disappointed and very Overwhelming.

  The Beach.

  I am writing to formally escalate a very disappointing experience my husband,and I had during our stay at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a resort, and unfortunately, our room was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. Upon entering our room, we discovered the following: - A dirty toilet - A dirty shower - Hair and debris in the bathroom sink - Dirty tables and surfaces - Bed sheets that appeared to have blood stains This was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. We paid to stay at a resort, expecting a clean, sanitary, and properly prepared room. Instead, I was forced to clean the room myself. The following morning, a housekeeper came to address the issue. However, she brought only towels, not cleaning supplies. When I inquired how she planned to clean the room without any cleaning products, she contacted her supervisor, whom I believe was named Harvo. Unfortunately, the housekeeper did not speak English, and I was told that she would return with cleaning supplies. By that point, I had already purchased my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, so having someone come back afterward did not resolve the issue. What was even more disappointing was the response from the staff when I raised my concerns. I was told the situation is related to us booking through Booking.com. I find this response unacceptable. Regardless of whether a reservation is made directly with Marriott or through a third-party booking service, all guests should receive a clean and sanitary room. We should never have been placed in a situation where we had to clean our own hotel room while on vacation. This experience has significantly impacted what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip. We paid for a certain level of service and accommodations, and the condition of the room fell far below reasonable expectations.

  Beautiful resort, great location, and a relaxing stay with easy access to the beach.

  The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the resort, the location, and the easy access to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the amenities and atmosphere.

  The receptionist could have been more welcoming and communicative. She spoke very quietly, which made communication a little difficult, and the check-in experience could have felt more personable

  Bad location & overpriced

  Great spaces and distribution. Nice Lobby

  Overrated and overpriced. Terrible location. All Singer island and Riviera beach are populated by Homeless people and there’s a huge contrast in all architecture compared to West Palm Beach. Several items that in my room were not working at all, I reported this to the front desk and they blamed this to Booking.com not explaining to me this was a privately owned suite not really part of the hotel.
