    Great location and comfortable apartment.

Great beach access. Clean and well equipped. Convenient location for Kennedy Space Center.

Some minor issues, typical for rental properties ( e.g., refrigerator light bulb out, one cabinet knob repeatedly came off).

I received the code with the password the day before check-in. I received several messages with different codes for access to the apartment. One of the codes came up. Everything was ready for our check-in. The apartment has everything you need.

When we arrived, the air conditioner was not working, only in fan mode. The Facebook and SMS messages to the number that the apartment manager left in case we needed anything were not answered during the entire stay.
