La cercanía, tiene salida a la playa y pasos de coco bongo/bares y el embarque para ir a islas mujeres está a 10 min caminando. Ademas en la puerta del edificio hay un 7eleven 24 hs abierto.
La música de afuera se escuchaba bastante,pero si cerras las ventanas está bien. El baño tenía un poco de olor a cañería, y tuvimos un inconveniente con el agua caliente pero lo solucionaron de inmediato
