Great location, needs a lot of help.
Enjoyed being close to the boardwalk and inlet. Property was spacious and fit all of our guests easily. Property host communicated well when needed.
The ac was not working and the floor units installed had to be serviced multiple times and ultimately still didn’t work. It smelled really bad when we arrived on top of being 84 degrees. I had to have another family member bring us fans from home. The couches were really dirty so we had to put a sheet on top to sit on them. The flusher in the master bathroom broke multiple times that my husband had to keep fixing. Not handicap accessible at least from the entrance we used.

Great location/spacious and responsive for any issues! Could have been a little more updated/clean 7/10.
I loved the location and how spacious it was! We had an issue with the air the first night/second day. They were able to fix it that afternoon by renting a large unit from sunbelt!
The floors were not the cleanest & I recommend shower shoes and possibly bringing your own sheets. Also wear shoes on the balcony. Seemed like it just needed some extra work. We had 8 people & it was 50/50 if we would stay there again.

My friends and family were wit me, so we made the best of it.
The maintenance staff and location was amazing.
This property was extremely dirty, not just a little bit dirty, Extremely Dirty! It smelled like vomit, they had to pull out the carpet, the couches were so dirty I wouldn’t sit on them. The air conditioner made a very loud humming sound. Someone urinated in the elevator, and the smell of weed was so overwhelming. I always wanted to stay there and i was extremely disappointed in the condition of this unit.
