Séjour agréable
Hôtel idéalement situé à cinq minutes à pieds de la place de Jaude. Chambre agréable et lit très confortable. Petit déjeuner varié. Personnel souriant et disponible.
Il ne faisait pas chaud dans la chambre à notre arrivée, la clim fonctionnait alors qu'il aurait fallu mettre du chauffage ! Nous avons mis le chauffage mais il s'est éteint tout seul pendant notre absence le lendemain et lorsque nous sommes revenus il faisait à nouveau froid dans la chambre. Il faisait également assez frais dans les couloirs et la salle du petit déjeuner.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Clermont Ferrand. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner . Spa très agréable en libre accès. Très bon cocktail.

Bon hôtel pour découvrir la ville à pied ou en transports publics !
Hôtel idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Parking sous l'hôtel très appréciable. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le personnel est à l'écoute.
Pas pris le petit déjeuner. L'insonorisation entre les chambres et par rapport à l'extérieur, si elle est bonne, pourrait néanmoins être améliorée.

Excellent séjour!
Tout était parfait, le personnel très sympathique et bienveillant, non franchement super!
Juste un petit détail sala conception, je n’avais pas de prise électrique près de mon lit, c’est pratique pour connecter un téléphone ou une tablette. Donc rien de bien grave.
