    Overall, this was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

    The washing machine and dryer are pretty good and easy to use.

    From the photos, the accommodation looked new, clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, the apartment we actually received was quite old and dated, and the level of cleanliness was very disappointing. The countertops and tables felt sticky, the kitchen utensils and equipment were not properly cleaned, and the quilts were simply stuffed into the cupboard in a very messy way, which made us seriously question whether they had actually been cleaned at all. Our stay was extremely disappointing. From the moment we entered the apartment, we immediately wanted to leave. We even contacted the management right away to request a room change, but our request was refused. The accommodation failed to provide the level of service, cleanliness, and comfort that guests should reasonably expect. At the same time, there were many requirements placed on guests. The check-out time was also very early, and there was a long list of rules and potential penalties, including charges if the apartment was not left sufficiently clean….

    A very nice apartment that met all of our needs during our stay.

    Cleanliness, comfort, value and location were perfect.

    I didn't realise the property was not air conditioned at the time of booking. Due to the time of the year and temperature during the stay, this was not a problem, as we were quite comfortable in the apartment. If our stay was during the Summer months, I would not have continued with the stay.
