    Location, views, so close to beach and cafes.

    Perfect location, with beach views and we walked to cafes and restaurants. It was clean with modern appliances.

    Comfortable affordable and great for an overnight stop or beach access

    It was easy access, very comfortable. Friendly staff and helpful.

    Maybe 2 bath mats especially for winter standing at the sink and or toilet.

    Great holiday stay

    Very clean and great location.

    There is only stairs, bit of a struggle when you are by yourself with your luggage. The room i was in is next to a busy street so heard the traffic all night.

    Mixed Review

    Lovely view of the water from the lounge, modern kitchen and bathroom. Great location. Heater worked well.

    Hot water system was poor, luke warm and winter time. There was a lot of sand over the floor in the lounge/diner. Dyson stick vacuum wasn't hilding charge/not working. Child's hand prints over the window. Couple of other broken bits - shower knob, clothes rack and lamp blown. FYI, the bedroom windows are paper thin, so be aware you will have a lot of road noise. Didn't bother me though. If you have trouble with stairs, there are 4 flights of stairs - no lift. I let the company know re above issues, so hopefully will be sorted for the next guests.
