  Terrible.

  Nothing

  It was very uncomfortable , the bathroom door did not close properly and looked directly into the kitchen, garbage from the last guest was left behind, and hallway leading into the property had a terrible smell.

  Cucina molto funzionale, posizione comoda a tutto, al centro, alla coop al Ristorante la Torpedine che consiglio, alla stazione....

  Magari consiglierei di cambiare le finestre, faticano a chiudersi, ma è un piccolo dettaglio. Ovviamente ci sono diverse scale, ma questo è tipico delle Cinque Terre!

  We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable, there was space for everyone, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are quite a few stairs, but that was to be expected in Cinque Terre. There was a fully equipped kitchen. We also really appreciated the clothesline—it was a great touch for drying our bathing suits. Just a note that you’ll need to bring your own toiletries, as there was no body soap or shampoo. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! Claudia was a great host☺️

  Me gustó mucho lo bien que está el apartamento. La limpieza y la ubicación. Muy cerca de la estación, del puerto y de la calle principal.

  No me gustó el que para subir al apartamento desde la calle principal haya 90 escalones, entre la calle principal y la subida a la 3a planta. Tampoco nos gustó que la última noche se estropeó el aire acondicionado.

  Great location. Disappointing responses when issues raised.

  Really great location, up a side alley from the main street. Clean. Good instructions to find the property(video). Beside a fab restaurant. Very convenient to access from train station.

  Disappointing response from the owner/property manager when issues were raised. The TV was initially broken, which was particularly frustrating as we are big soccer fans and my sons wanted to watch the World Cup games. When I raised this, I was told that there were bars nearby with TVs. I explained that I would rather not have to bring my sons to a bar to watch the matches, and the TV was eventually repaired. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was also old and noisy. However, the hot and humid conditions made it difficult to sleep without using it. I contacted the owner to ask for advice on using the night mode or reducing the fan speed, but was simply told not to use it at night. No practical assistance was offered. We followed the property's request to turn off the air conditioning whenever we went out. The main issue was not that problems occurred, but the lack of helpfulness and understanding when they were reported.
