Perfect house to get away with great views!
Loved the location and how cute the house was set up. It was perfect for our group trip definitely enough space for a large group. The balcony was great the view was great; I think more comfier outdoor furniture would have been nice to enjoy the mornings and sunsets on the balcony. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were nice and had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. It was handy there was a rise off area for us instead of tracking sand throughout the house. Very clean house no issues whatsoever.
Only a couple of things stood out, the garage/playroom was large enough for everyone to hang out however it had a weird smell to the point where the girls didn't want to hang out downstairs. No ping pong paddles so that was sad since we all enjoy playing ping pong, we even went to multiple stores to find paddles but no luck. The back area with the BBQ and hot tub is dark wish there was better lighting or like Christmas lights that hung, didn't need to be bright just something a little more would have been nice. And maybe the walking bath to the hot tub could be more level or more pavers since it is so dark.

The view
I don't ever write reviews but this experience was so bad I feel I need to. The kitchen sink was leaking and moldy, bowls were placed underneath to catch the water and opening the cabinet you get hit with just an overwhelming mold smell. The plumber who came out to inspect it stated the owners had been notified of conditions over a week and a half before our stay. The downstairs shower backed up so bad there was about 4 inches of standing water. The hot tub was covered with a layer of scum around the entire perimeter so none of us used it. The massage chair didn't work at all. The grill still had food caked all over the grate from the prior people who stayed. The unit was dirty overall with your feet turning black just from walking around, sticky railings, empty soap dispenser, scummy showers, the couch was covered in crumbs and crusty stains, etc. We rented this place for 3 nights with family from out of state and none of us could wait to leave. It was very disappointing and also sad. It seems the rental was originally set up with thought for those who stayed and it has not been maintained or checked.
