    Spacious apartment in excellent location. Nice hill view on one side and partial beach view on the other.

    Furniture and fixtures are dated and could use upgrades. There is a strange smell, presumably dampness, particularly in the bedroom that needs to be taken care of. Fridge and washer/dryer were not properly cleaned, the latter of which i had to clean myself before use. If these issues are addressed, it can easily get a score of 10.
