The hostess was there to greet us and was very accommodating with both check in and check out times. The property could use a little renovation, but it was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils we needed. It is within walking distance of Buccoo Bay, and the view of the ocean from the property is breathtaking.

    Nothing it was fine.

    Pleasant stay

Location was excellent as the villa is at the end of the street which made the location to be quiet. We were a bit skeptical about booking the villa due to the reviews we had seen on line. However we had limited options for obtaining accommodation at other rentals and were really had to book the villa Once we entered the villa and looked around we were pleasantly surprised . We found it to be clean and fresh. The space is huge and was more than we needed. The location is private and is not too far from the beach. We found the property manager to be helpful and although our stay was short, she gave us some information which helped us to make the most of our stay in the island. Overall we felt comfortable . We are on our way to Guyana and will certainly book the villa on our way back home.

The villa should have Smart TV. However the property manager indicated that they were in the process of acquiring one so I will see if they keep their word on my return.
