Bonne adresse, mais maintenance nécessaire
L'emplacement en centre ville, logement dans un bel immeuble. 5ème étage sans ascenseur, avis aux sportifs, pour notre part nous avons apprécié. Logement climatisé. Parking du centre commercial à proximité.
Une partie de l'équipement était mal entretenu : lave vaisselle qui bascule quand on ouvre la porte, le congélateur était collé par la glace, les robinets n'étaient pas détartrés et éclaboussaient, le velux d'une chambre a fuit lors d'une averse, le store d'une autre chambre était troué et le deuxième lit grince. Il y avait un lave linge mais pas d'étendoire ni d'épingles à linge. La troisième chambre n'en est pas vraiment une : le toit est une verrière où les pigeons viennent marcher le matin.

Lägenheten ligger perfekt mitt i centrum. Välutrustat badrum/kök med allt man behöver tex. schampo, tvål, papper mm. Hyresvärden var trevlig och lätt att komma i kontakt med.
Lägenheten var lite sliten. Rummet med en säng har inga persienner, så när solen går upp, lyser den upp hela rummet. Ingen möjlighet att parkera bilen utanför för att lasta av väskorna. Man får gå ca. 9 min från parkeringshuset. Lägenheten ligger högst upp i huset. 5 våningen, utan hiss.
