Great location, but extremely poor communication and organisation made the stay unnecessarily stress
The location was excellent, with tram and bus connections nearby, making it very easy to explore Köln.
Parking was advertised but, despite six messages over five months, we received no confirmation and had to arrange parking elsewhere. Check-in was 2.5 hours late, and the next day we were wrongly told to check out because we had been put in the wrong apartment, resulting in four confusing phone calls. There was also no Wi-Fi, the apartment was unbearably hot and noisy, and broken bathroom tiles hidden beneath the shower mat caught my foot.

Egy éjszaka Kölnben
Jó helyen lévő, könnyen megközelíthető. A felszereltsége megfelelő.
A városi nyüsgő éjszakai élet miatt talán egy kicsit hangos, valamint jó lenne egy klíma, ha az éghajlat változás miatt afrikai melegre kell készülni, még Kölnben is.😀

Comfortable stay in a quiet area.
Great location, easy to access, quite spacious apartment. Excellent shower, comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood, easy communication.
The apartment is a bit old so some cracked tiles etc. Portable air con unit very effective but a little noisy.
