Xenia and Costas are just wonderful! They made us feel at home from the very beginning. We loved all the little treats they left for us, including their homemade kumquat liqueur and delicious jam made with fruit from their own garden. The house is even better than in the pictures: a beautifully renovated old house, full of character, with thick traditional walls that kept it naturally cool. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location in Chania Old Town, while still wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Thank you, Xenia and Costas, for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in the heart of the Old Town. The location is fantastic, with several grocery stores and restaurants just a short walk away. The beach is only about a 20-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy both the historic center and the seaside. The house was spacious, fully air conditioned, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential appliances and utensils. Beach umbrellas and chairs were also provided, which was a nice bonus. The owners were incredibly kind, super welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very kind hosts, seamless check-in, tidy and very spacious.
Everything was great. The shower was a bit tight but worked well.
