  Very disappointing — misleading description and endless extra charges

  Room size

  I booked this place for two nights based on the description stating that it had a fully equipped kitchen. This was simply not true. There was only a small fridge, kettle, a few bowls and two small glasses. No drinking water, coffee cups, or anything resembling a properly equipped kitchen. There was also no Wi-Fi unless you paid an additional RM20 per day. When I tried to cancel because the accommodation did not match the description, my request was refused. I then tried to change the dates, but on top of the price difference, I was asked to pay another RM100 directly to the host. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I had to put cushions under the mattress for some support. The bedroom light and fan were controlled by the same switch, so you either had both on or both off. The bathroom extractor fan was unbelievably loud — it sounded like a helicopter. The only positive was that the place was clean. Check-in and check-out were also unnecessarily complicated. There was no one available to provide access to the mailbox where the key was kept, meaning you had to wait for someone to open the building door. The same issue happened when leaving — after returning the key to the mailbox, you had to wait again to get out of the building. Overall, this place gave me the impression that the priority is making as much money as possible while providing the bare minimum service. The misleading description, extra charges, poor amenities, uncomfortable bed, and difficult access made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place and would definitely not stay here again.

  I like the cleanliness, and very comfort place and bed. All lights and switches were working fine.

  - Surrounding on the location. It has Indian Cementry down left, quite freak out only after I checked in. - Cleaning detergent - it gives weird smell at toilet and was make me nauseas the whole time, prefer to change different detergent. - the Unit door has smart lock but there's no gate in front like other units, I feel less secure.
