Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 2 days in advance. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Private reservable hot-spring baths are available only from Monday to Thursdays (except holidays) at 18:00-19:30, and can be used for only 30 minutes per group.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
