    Supportive staff but very badly managed and maintained

    The staff was supportive at least they tried to be

    The room that we booked could not be locked, the staff tried to help us with locking it but they failed and we had to switch rooms moving all our stuff again which wasted 30 minutes. The location is also hard to find and far from everywhere. The pool was unusable.

    Wunderschöne Unterkunft das Essen war gut 👍

    Sehr schönes, idyllisches Fleckchen. Ich hatte einen Unfall am Knie und konnte nur mit Hilfsmittel laufen. Das Personal hat mir sehr geholfen, vor allem auch der Besitzer. Er hat uns sehr unterstützt. Ich hab mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt…. Das Essen musste man vorbestellen, aber das war kein Problem.

    Die Speisekarte war nicht sehr groß und nicht immer alles vorhanden. Wir wollten Bier bestellen, aber sie hatten keines mehr das war etwas ungewöhnlich.

    Comfortable rooms / secluded setting/ near a beautiful beach/ service wasn’t up to standard

    Beautiful pool in a hidden location near the lagoon and lots of birdlife/ not expensive

    Very slow service / overly expensive breakfast @ $10 per person - could get far better food and value elsewhere Undrinkable coffee
