  Fijne accommodatie op een goede locatie!

  Groot appartement op een top locatie in Sevilla! We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. Het huis had een groot dakterras en een dompel badje op het dak (geen zwembad).

  Er mag wel onderhoud worden gedaan aan het huis. Er zaten gaten in plafonds en buiten was het ook niet goed onderhouden.

  Amazing historical city! Living in old town is the perfect place for the stay. Recommend it!

  The location of the apartment is absolutely outstanding. It is right next to the cathedral and the Alcázar, in the middle of a truly beautiful and almost fairytale-like setting. We really enjoyed this part of the stay. In the morning, there was no disturbing traffic or metro noise — only the cosy sound of horses’ hooves passing below. It would be hard to imagine a better location. The view over the old town is wonderful and was one of the highlights of the apartment. The elevator was also very practical, especially when bringing up luggage. The air conditioning worked well, which we really appreciated as it was 35 degrees in May during our stay. The kitchen was perfectly fine overall. We would have appreciated a regular coffee maker, and there were initially only three wine glasses for six people. However, the host kindly arranged more glasses for us after one day.

  Communication with the host was handled by email, which worked, although it was not always the most efficient option. For future guests, it might be helpful to use WhatsApp or another instant messaging option on the day of arrival, as this would make direct communication quicker and easier. The pool area was smaller than expected and, unfortunately, did not feel as clean or well maintained as we had hoped. It would benefit from more regular cleaning and upkeep. Some of the outdoor furniture was quite worn, and the table and cushions would benefit from repair or replacement to make the outdoor area more comfortable. The bathrooms were compact, and a few practical details could be improved, such as adding more secure hooks for towels and repairing the toilet roll holder. Some of the wall finishes looked quite worn in several places and would benefit from refreshing with new paint. Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential and could easily feel excellent with some renovation, fresh paint, and repairs to the items mentioned above. Considering the price level, we had expected the apartment to be in slightly better condition, but many of the issues seem possible to address with some maintenance.
