Helpful staff, unbeatable location if you have an early train from Gare de l’est or Gare du Nord. Rooms are a bit tight but nicely laid out.

The hotel was just best. The location is perfect it is so easy to get to everywhere in Paris from there. The cleanliness was 10 out of 10. The room was amazing and extremely comfotable. I would say this hotel was more 5 star. I love hot chocolate and the one from the machine is just perfect not too sweet not to thick. From the friendly staff to free snacks there is nothing I can fault. Also if you are worried about noise there was absolutely no noise coming from the station so great sound proofing. I can say so much more good things but I will be here for hours. Thank you so much for an amazing stay we loved it!
