La atención al cliente fue muy buena.
Tuvimos algunos problemas de climatización. Hacia bastante frío y las toallas no estaban del todo limpias.

Great apartment. Incompetent management.
The apartment was nice and clean.
Oktheway does not communicate with the customer and does. It rose care of them. I booked a room close to the train station and my follow-on hotel. They changed it to one about a mile further away and didn’t flag they for me. So at 2200 last night I had to schlep my bags through Sarria for a mile to get to my place. And their electronic door opening system didn’t work. Had a lady not been walking her dog at 2300 I would have had to sleep outside. I emailed them, SMSd them and whatsapped them and got no response. It was incredibly frustrating. And then today I had someone come into the apartment without knocking and another tried about an hour later but the door was locked. They never knocked or sent a message. This is not the way to treat guests. I warned them I would give them a negative review and never got a response.

Experiencia muy negativa. Avisamos de que llegaríamos a las 14:00 y tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para que vinieran a abrirnos. El alojamiento figuraba como pet friendly en Booking, pero se nos informó de un suplemento de 20 € por noche por la mascota, que no aparecía indicado en Booking. Lo abonamos y, después de hacerlo, se nos comunicó que no se admitían mascotas y que debíamos abandonar el apartamento, contradiciendo las condiciones de la reserva. Finalmente, tras contactar con Booking, pudimos permanecer en el alojamiento. Las formas y el trato recibido por parte del anfitrión fueron muy poco apropiados y nada orientados a solucionar el problema. Consideramos que, si había algún inconveniente con la mascota, debería haberse comunicado antes de la llegada y no después de haber cobrado el suplemento. No recomendamos este alojamiento. La gestión, la comunicación y el trato recibido dejaron mucho que desear.
