    Very pleasant.

The service, the onsen was great (especially the rotenburo), the meals. I wanted my husband to get the full ryokan experience, so that was fulfilled! The staff were amazing - thank you! It’s a great way to experience nostalgic Japan with a traditional ryokan experience (dinner in room, futon turn down service, breakfast in the grand room). Very memorable.

The layout of the room was a bit odd (with the sink so far from the bathroom). I was expecting a more lavish manicured Japanese garden — due to past reviews. Check out was a bit early.

I like how attentive the staff was and clean they try to keep it at all times.

It was really far from the station and have no shuttle to the onsen.
