    Disappointing and frustrating in the beginning. Was close to Palazza Te

    It was clean. Windows that opened. Located close to Il Volo concert venue, Palazza Te. Sixteen minute walk to city center. 12 minute walk to train station.

    Large bed in bedroom was incredibly hard. I slept on the twin bed in the bedroom that was somewhat softer. Daughter who checked me in DID NOT tell me the small keys attached to large apartment key were for front and back doors. First evening o tried desperately to contact owner to find out how to get back in the building. No one spoke much English which was very difficult. Dud not know where any restaurants or markets located close by. By the time I received information about key and a restaurant list, it was after 21:00 and I had not had lunch or dinner. I walked down the sidewalk and discovered a pizza place and a bar. I looked for an iron and found one and also found a pack of maps of the city. One should have been at the table along with their rules and regulations. ALSO, there should be a list of restaurants and markets close by. They lacked giving guest information.
