  Bel appartement, très bien placé.

  L'emplacement, la superficie de l'appartement, l'équipement. Les rangements dans la chambre, TOP. Le voisinage qui a respecté de ne pas faire de bruit, l'insonorisation de l'appartement étant inexistante.

  Le digicode est difficile à faire fonctionner si l'application n'est pas utilisée. La chaudière ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour de notre arrivée (nous avons dû appeler l'agence et faire un RAZ de l'appareil. Fuite du plafond de la salle de bain (fuite chez le voisin du dessus). Nous avons dû contacter l'agence. Un technicien est venu constater à 23H30 et le lendemain, c'est le propriétaire du dessus qui est venu constater la fuite et nous expliquer les réparations à faire par ses soins.

  Great location, but a frustrating stay due to difficult access, poor maintenance and customersupport

  The location is excellent and close to many tourist attractions, but almost everything else about the apartment needs significant improvement.

  The biggest problem was the check-in process. The instructions were unclear and seemed to assume that guests already knew how the building's entry system worked. For example, we were told to "touch the intercom," but there was no obvious touchscreen or keypad—only a panel with buttons that appeared to ring different apartments. We ended up ringing several neighbors while trying to figure out how to enter. The first time, it took us about 15 minutes just to open the street door. Also, despite the apartment being listed as 2-2, it is actually on the third floor, which added to the confusion. Once inside, the apartment was quite different from the impression given by the photos. It is dark, and the ceiling lighting is inadequate in the evening. The A/C could run all day but struggled to cool the apartment below approximately 25°C. Since the unit is in the living room, the bedroom remains uncomfortable. The kitchen is also very minimally equipped. For an apartment advertised for four people, there were only two wine glasses. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels, so we had to use one of the large bath towels in the kitchen. The bathroom had several serious problems. The sink was clogged and would fill to the overflow level after running the water for about a minute, making it very difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth. Everyone in our group also experienced the same problem with the shower: the water temperature could not be properly regulated. It was either cold or unbearably hot, making a normal shower almost impossible. By the end of our first day, water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling. Customer support was limited as well. We had to make an international call to the UK in the evening to explain all of these problems. The representative on the phone was polite, but we didn't hear from the local team until the following afternoon. As far as we could tell, the only issue that was addressed was the clogged sink.
