  Not luxury and there were problems; but pleasant enough, and excellent price

  The location was very good. Quite close to the beach and most importantly the nearest bus stop was only 20 minutes' walk away. This was super convenient because the bus that came to the stop went directly into the city. The neighbourhood was charming and quiet, and the house itself was private and quite clean, which I liked. The supermarket across the street was super convenient. We also enjoyed the fact that there were a ton of cats in the neighbourhood and we made friends with them all. The host was quick and responsive, which was very reassuring and the price was very good, considering we were staying for 10 days.

  The drains in the bathroom smelled quite bad, and we had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time. That was pretty unpleasant. In addition, there seemed to be flies everywhere outside the house. We had to open the windows a lot to let fresh air in, as we had wet swimming things with us every evening. Every time we did the flies would come in. A big problem was the leaky roof. We had storms for a couple days and we were woken up by water leaking through the corner of the roof in the bedroom. This was scary as it was not far from electrical outlets. We had to put a bucket in the corner to catch the water.

  Aspettative troppo alte

  abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone: erano presenti le cose essenziali in casa, come ad esempio ferro e asse da stiro, bollitore, macchina del caffè, stendibiancheria. il personale è stato disponibile anche una volta riscontrati problemi con il wc. al nostro arrivo la casa era ben pulita e ordinata. era presente l'aria condizionata.

  la posizione era molto scomoda, non si poteva raggiungere il centro di ipsos a piedi (50 minuti); ubicata su una salita e per giunta in un vicoletto abitato da una colonia di gatti che facevano i loro bisogni intorno alla casa, per cui l'odore era sempre nauseante. il primo giorno appena arrivati abbiamo riscontrato un problema con lo scarico del wc, che fortunatamente c'è stato risolto in giornata contattando l'host. Il wc inoltre presentava un evidente problema di fissaggio sul pavimento causando movimento e disagio. il divano letto in cucina era molto scomodo e per nulla praticabile. la lavatrice era assente e abbiamo dovuto acquistare un detersivo per indumenti e lavarli a mano nel lavandino. la finestra del balcone in camera da letto non si chiudeva in maniera ottimale, rimanendo sempre socchiusa e il balcone ovviamente affacciava nel vialetto sottostante aumentando la probabilità che qualcuno potesse entrare in casa. speriamo che il personale prenda nota di questo messaggio e porre maggiore accortenza su queste cose.

  Estancia tranquila

  El alojamiento estaba limpio y el dueño se encargó de dejarnos unas botellas de agua en la nevera lo cual agradecimos enormemente. La comunicación con el dueño fue excelente tanto para el checkin como para el checkout. Hay una playa a 15/20 minutos caminando preciosa y restaurantes y un supermercado a unos 5 minutos. Buena relación calidad-precio.

  La única pega que le pondría es que al estar ubicado en una zona muy rural hay muchos mosquitos entrando cuando abres mínimamente la ventana. Tal vez con una mosquitera podría evitarse ese problema. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

  I am satisfied with my stay here. I wouldn't mind coming back here in the future.

  Cozy and stylish house, friendly, easy-going and helpful hosts.

  if you don't rent a vehicle, it's a bit far and high from the centre and beach. Personally, I liked the daily half-hour walks down and up. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which makes the location more attractive.
