  Rude host, worn out flat, very bad linen

  Location is very convenient, though you must know that the building is worn out. Our flat was o the 4th floor and had a view. But under the windows, if you look down, there is a trash whole. The windows, unfortunately, were dirty so view is available any if the window is opened.

  The flat is I a very bad condition, may be there was a flood, furniture is The furniture is crumbling around the edges, the wallpaper is peeling off, and the bathtub is yellow and looked so unhygienic that I didn’t dare use it. The shower cabin had holes and mould. The washing machine was rusty over roughly the bottom quarter. The bed linen was torn and made of synthetic material. The host demanded extra payment for the bed linen and repeatedly asked me to move our conversation to WhatsApp, without ever stating the additional charge upfront. He was extremely rude in his messages and avoided answering my questions directly. When I said I had never heard of an extra charge for bed linen for children, he responded by asking, “Where did you even come from?” He also refused to provide a receipt for the payment. The host was not there when we had agreed to check in. We waited outside for 20 minutes and eventually went inside because he had left instructions and the key was in the door. Afterwards, however, he complained that we had entered the property ourselves. It seems he was upset because we had seen the actual condition of the apartment. He demanded payment for two sets of bed linen for the children, even though there was only one bed available for them. All the dishes were very old and greasy, so we only used the cups. In the photos, the children’s bed is shown as a bunk bed. In reality, however, sleeping on the upper level would be unsafe even for an adult, as there are no guardrails. Do not consider the upper bunk a safe sleeping space. After receiving negative reviews, the host posts dismissive replies in the comments. I recommend reading the other reviews as well, and you will get a clear idea of what kind of host you are dealing with.

  Красивый вид на город

  Наверное лучший вид с балкона в округе! Очень красиво, уходить не хотелось.

  Постельное белье со странным запахом, грязноватые кружки, кран на кухне протекал, вода из него брызгала прямо на одежду. Хорошо бы оставить для гостей чай, кофе и бумажные полотенца.

  Nice appartment close to the beach

  Very nice appartment with a balcony and city view. We realy enjoyed our stay. It is very close to the beach and the city center. The owner is very friendly, he met us personally and provided all necessary information as far as money exchnage, shops, food, restaurants and etc is concerned. We apprecitred his advises.

  В номере все есть, просторный, удобные кровати, чисто, прекрасный хозяин, на все вопросы ответил, дополнительно попросили сковородку, не отказал, принес. Место великолепное, я считаю его прям сердцем Батуми, до моря рядом. Спасибо большое!

  Но очень расстроил наш вид из окна, точнее его отсутствие, окна выходят на другие дома в 2х метрах и с 2 дня до 2х ночи ужасный шум от вентиляции и кондиционера кальянной, которая расположена на 1м этаже. Т е в основном работал кондиционер. И ночью после 2х можно было только открыть окна из-за гула
