We stayed in these apartments and were very satisfied with our experience. The location is excellent, and the building has a secure, locked entrance, which made us feel safe. The apartment itself is modern, clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. It is perfect for both families and groups of friends, with three separate bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a TV, washing machine, microwave, iron, and other useful appliances, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty salons, and other useful services just a short walk away. Free parking is available on the street, although it’s easier to find a space if you arrive before midday. The beach and most of Batumi’s main attractions are about a 15-minute walk away. If I ever return to Batumi, I would definitely choose these apartments again. They are quiet, comfortable, and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for a beach holiday with friends or family
Everything was great! Very convenient location, close to the sea, tidy and comfortable apartment. Nice view over Batumi, especially in the morning. The owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful!

המארח מאוד נעים וקשוב. מיקום מעולה, קרוב לכל מקום. אוירה ונוף נהדרים. דירה מקסימה, חדישה, מתאימה למשפחה עם אפשרות לבישול וכביסה. נשמח לחזור בעתיד.
לא כל המתקנים היו מתוחזקים ונקיים כראוי.
